  1. I just read Castle of Otranto and found it hilarious and a little crazy. It’s almost like a spoof. I’d be interested to see how you like it. Book Thief I read this summer and loved. And I’ve just discovered Murakami! Must see about Bird Chronicles.

    1. The sad, sad part is that those are only 20 out of a list of about 500 that I want to read. I need more time and fewer new books. 🙂

  2. Wally Lamb! How cool! I met him once at a signing. He is a FABULOUS man. He lives here in CT. He teaches a creative writing course at the only ladies prison here in CT & has put out 2 books with essays the ladies wrote. He is so selfless and talented and wonderful.
You’d think I was his publicist! lolz.
It was cool to see a book by him on someones list this week.
I have The Book Thief (and the follow ups) on my TBR shelf too.

    1. So good to hear that about Wally Lamb. I love it when I hear that authors I love are cool people too. Glad you came by.
